It sounds like it could be the refrain of a very sad song. If you want an idea, what about this:
A song (like with words, maybe) and few instruments. With a refrain that is an instrumental only version of this. Then at the end this vocal version, wich can be repeated.
I'm not a musical person, but i think it could be nice. Whateveer you do with it, hope to read it on your blog!
